Ann Butler

Ann Butler is a Nurse Practitioner in Men’s Sexual Dysfunction with Vityl.

Highlights

As one of the first rural and remote Nurse Practitioners in Australia, Ann is used to working with men in regional and rural communities and understand men’s reluctance to seek medical intervention.

Ann’s scope of rural practice has allowed her practice to be health broad and in 2016 was recognised by the International Nurse’s Association as a Top Nurse Practitioner and invited as a guest speaker with Dr. Norman Swan on ABC Radio in relation to Stroke management dedicated to ‘Beat the Stroke Down’.

Ann describes her approach to clinical practice as ‘very practical with a down to earth approach’. Helping people in the health journey is something that she cares deeply about and loves doing.

While rural life has been the centre of her work practice it is also very much a part of her personal life living on a rural cattle property where her family breed and train cattle and horses. When she’s not health consulting, Ann is typically driving machinery and fixing things.

“I had been an addict for 16 years, when, convinced I would be an addict for life, I started looking into ways I could use my addiction in a constructive way. “

Dimitri began to study the nature of addiction and its effects on the mind and relationships.

“Six months later, I was healed. After 17 years of struggle, I was finally free. Goodbye wasted hours, feelings of guilt, loneliness, shame, inadequacy, low self-esteem, failure at communicating.”

Since then, Dimitri has coached hundreds of men out of their toxic relationship with pornography, healing their core trauma and live a meaningful life.

In his treatment protocol, he uses a method that allows for progressive deconditioning away from pornography. My clients also work on successfully integrating the shadow / wounded child through Transactional Analysis, trauma reprocessing and sexual fantasies analysis.

Prior to becoming a highly acclaimed coach he had completed his PhD in Astrophysics at Macquarie University.

Ramil Ashourian

Ramil is a life coach with an interest in helping men understand and unlock their mind-body connection.

Overview

Ramil’s own personal journey and recovery from hitting rock bottom made him realise first-hand ‘the journey of discovery is worth seeking out’ as a way to overcome challenges and conquer what you desire.

One of the common trends Ramil sees amongst our patients seeking support in the area of sexual dysfunction is elevated stress levels, non-stop on-the-go behaviour, and the inability in knowing how to unwind and decompress.

Ramil’s number one goal as a life coach is helping people get to where they want to. In other words, Ramil’s job is to help you find yourself.

Approach

Ramil has designed his coaching style to help people search within themselves, find their inner child, lose their emotional junk to feel lighter, and identify unlocking methods that work for the person.

Ramil has developed a diverse range of tools and techniques to enable a person to go from start to goal. Ramil also ensures there is always flexibility to adapt the process to find out what works best for them. Ramil refers to this adjustment of process ‘finding oneself in their frame’.

This process of adjusting to fit the frame is also very important because it unknowingly helps us build trust within ourselves which makes us more able to overcome the fears that often make us revert back to behaviour when faced with change.

Through Ramil’s own personal journey combined with the journey of helping many people, Ramil has mastered the art to be relatable, in touch and able to take people from a point of feeling stuck to living the life that they wish to live.

Nikki Evans

Nikki Evans is an Emotional Regulation & Life Coach specialising in re-wiring the brain for a more positive mind-body connection.

Overview

Nikki understands what it’s like to be stuck in a cloud of negative self-talk. She has cultivated a toolbox of techniques to manage her own thoughts and emotions over the last 10 years. It was only when she started to see her own transformation that she realised these tools are essential for all humans.

The twists and turns of life can at times make us feel vulnerable, lost, and emotionally uncertain. With uncertainly comes reduced clarity, feeling increasingly awkward and less confident in how we approach and go about things.

The connection between our mind and body goes hand-in-hand. The thoughts and emotions that consume us each day make up how we see ourselves and our abilities. Why? Because these very same thoughts and emotions fuel our subconscious mind and find their way into the conscious, ‘thinking’, part of the brain.

As a result, we struggle to take control of our thoughts and rather our thoughts begin to take control of us.

We are left feeling emotionally dysregulated, struggle to communicate effectively, and become increasingly fearful about what we can do and can be.

At Vityl, Nikki’s self-talk sessions help Men reconnect with their confidence in the bedroom through positive language and thoughts.

Approach

In her sessions, Nikki uses a variety of tools from NLP, Time Line Therapy, Coaching, and mindfulness to help our patients connect back with their internal world, understand who they really are at their core, and use that understanding to make huge, transformational changes in their behaviour with the ultimate goal to increase the quality of their life.

The journey to rediscovering oneself starts with the thoughts that you tell yourself each day.

Education

Sasha Fedorovsky

Overview

Sasha’s own personal journey led to her starting a career as a life coach. Sasha was achieving her goals, and living a life she had set out for herself when, one day, it all came crashing down unexpectedly. Sasha realised her goals were not from her true self, but to prove herself. Sasha would feel an emptiness afterward and realised it was because her goals lacked meaning. Sasha completed Yoga training and found enlightenment through mentors with expertise across the fields of science and spirituality.

After moving to North Sydney, Sasha started using her new found enlightenment to help other high-achieving professionals to help them transform their minds to becoming more authentic leaders, and have more meaningful relationships.

Sasha uses her experience to help men understand and improve their relationships and identify ways to manage and combat stress.

Approach

Stress comes in all shapes and sizes and can occur at any point in a person’s life, sometimes unexpectedly but often unexpectedly. When stress rears an ugly head it can cause us to feel more negative, confused, anxious, unwell, prevents us from functioning at our best and creates that feeling that there is nowhere to escape. In turn, this affects the relationship we have with both ourselves and those around us further fuelling our stress levels.

Sasha takes a consultative coach style approach to develop skills to deal with negative emotions without turning to dysfunctional ways to suppress them, build skills to enhance relationships, and identify coping strategies.
