Overview

Alexia is a dedicated psychotherapist with a background in both psychology and neuroscience. She has also had experience in physically and emotionally assisting people with neurodevelopmental disabilities navigate their everyday lives.

Alexia is extremely passionate about understanding the intricate complexities of each individual and helping them along their specific path to recovery and success. Growing up she has dealt firsthand with family and friends who have experienced a variety of mental health struggles, such as addiction, anxiety, suicide, depression, stress, and psychosexual difficulties. This has motivated her to become active in listening and trying to help people understand more about their physical and emotional well-being.

Alexia firmly believes that seeking help or treatment is the first step to recovery and living a healthier life. Through conscientious decision-making and empathetic support, everyone can begin to improve their quality of life.
