She is committed to using evidence-based treatments and draws from modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Informed Practice, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and Psychotherapy and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Approach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Linda&#8217;s approach is warm, supportive and empowering. She prefers to work with the&nbsp;patient as a complex individual with their own capacity to heal and overcome life&#8217;s challenges.
